  • Bengal Gram Flour, Corn Flour, Salt, Chilli Powder, Ajwain, Cumin,
  • Coriander, Turmeric Powder, Asafoetida, Raising Agent (INS 500I)

All you need:

  • Masalawaala Pakora/Bhaji Mix (80g)

  • 200g Your choice of Protein or Vegetables

  • Oil for frying

  • Water as required 

3 Simple steps:

  1. Mix Masalawaala Pakora/Bhaji with your choice of vegetables/protein

  2. Add  2-3 tbsp of water (as required) to give a thick batter that covers your vegetables/protein )

  3. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat and fry pakoras till crispy golden brown, drain excess oil

    Serve hot & enjoy with green chutney or red chilli sauce

Our tips:

Add handful of chopped coriander to the mix, before frying to give an aromatic taste to your pakora’s/bhaji’s.

Make fish or chicken pakora’s by simply adding an egg to the mixture and tossing it in breadcrumbs before frying.

Like it Spicy? Chop some green chillies & add it to the mix before frying.
