Ingredients
  • Cashew Nuts, Onion, Chilli, Coriander, Salt, Garlic, Tomato Powder, Cumin,
  • Corn Starch, Ginger Fennel Seeds, Sugar, Cotton Seed Oil, Turmeric, Black Salt,
  • Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Blac Pepper, Black Cardamom, Fenugreek Leaves,
  • Mace, Star Anise, Clove

All you need:

  • 250g baby potatoes, parboiled and fried

  • 150g tomatos pureed

  • Masalawaala Bombay Aloo Mix (50g) 

  • 300 ml water

  • 45g ghee/oil

3 Simple steps:

  1. Make a paste of Masalawaala Bombay Aloo Mix with 100ml of water.

  2. Heat ghee/oil add pureed tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add prepared paste and cook for 1 more minute.

  3. Add fried baby potatoes, water and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the sauce thickens.

    Garnish with fresh coriander leaves & serve hot

Our Tips:

Add some fenugreek/methi leaves to give an aromatic twist.

Give your curry extra spice with a twist, simply add freshly chopped green chilies and a handful of curry leaves during the Middle step.

Why not make Saag Aloo, by simply adding 150g of spinach in the final step.
